Abstract: There is a new technology by Microsoft
that’s making a lot of noise in the Industry and it is called .Net. This
is a business strategy from Microsoft that is aimed at a convergence of
personal computing with the Web. Their assumed goal is to provide business
and individual users with a Web-enabled interface for applications and
computing devices and to make computing activities increasingly Web browser-oriented.
I will do research on this topic and find out exactly what features are
available in .Net, what would be the benefits, disadvantage, and cost of
using it.
